Introduction

This is about love, family, immigration, a couple wrongly deported out of the country and a family split up. Our family is comprised of Republicans, Democrats, Independents, Libertarians, Christians, Catholics, Agnostics and many other denominations. Some believe in closed borders, some believe in open borders. We do however, all agree that the situation with my Son Mark and his wife (my daughter-in-law) Sunny (Kaesun) is an injustice. If anyone knows anyone, who knows anyone, who can help - please pass this on. This story has affected hundreds of South Korean immigrants that thought they had come here legally. They lived here for decades, got jobs, got degrees, went to school, only to be deported from a country and life they love.

Letter to Judge Jeanine

Dear Judge Jeanine Pirro,                                                              April 11, 2012

I am sending you our entire blog: http://sunnyandmark.blogspot.com/
in this binder. I would like you to do our story about injustice. If you
check the facts you will see that my daughter-in-law Sunny was deported
unjustly. I personally am anti-illegal immigration although I don’t think
it has anything to do with this case. Sunny came here with a visa when
she was 10 years old and was here for 22 years. She married my son
Mark in 2009 and was deported a little over a year later due to a
“Green Card Scam” (articles included)  which affected 275 South Koreans.
I think you believe in justice that is why I am contacting you.  I am
including  copies of letters sent to President Obama and Congressman
Darrell Issa. Please read all of the information I have sent. I’m sure after
reading about this injustice you will want to do this story. Please contact
me anytime.
Sincerely,

Ms. Jeffry Douglas
