Introduction

This is about love, family, immigration, a couple wrongly deported out of the country and a family split up. Our family is comprised of Republicans, Democrats, Independents, Libertarians, Christians, Catholics, Agnostics and many other denominations. Some believe in closed borders, some believe in open borders. We do however, all agree that the situation with my Son Mark and his wife (my daughter-in-law) Sunny (Kaesun) is an injustice. If anyone knows anyone, who knows anyone, who can help - please pass this on. This story has affected hundreds of South Korean immigrants that thought they had come here legally. They lived here for decades, got jobs, got degrees, went to school, only to be deported from a country and life they love.

Letter to President

April 11, 2012

Dear President Obama,

I am sending this binder to you because I believe my daughter-in-law
Sunny was unjustly deported. I have copied our blog:
I am including a letter I am sending to Darrell Issa - with a binder also.
I believe that you should pardon my daughter-in-law and at least all
of the children involved in this injustice, if not all of #the275. There
was a “Green Card Scam” (articles included) that involved corrupt
Korean brokers and a corrupt INS Supervisor. My daughter-in-law
Sunny came here with a visa when she was 10 years old and was
here for 22 years. She married my son Mark in 2009 and was deported
in 2010. She is not a criminal and deserves to be here in the country
she loves.
I appreciate anything you can do to help Sunny and Mark who are now
living in Seoul, South Korea. We always thought there was justice in
our country, nothing could be further from the truth. Please help us.
Contact me anytime.

Sincerely,

Ms. Jeffry  Douglas
